Welcome to Cellar Door!

This is just my little business venture that is focusing on bringing popular Asian brands (and some more popular Western brands) to Australian shores.

I buy products from Malaysia and ship them over to Australia (and to anyone else in the world who is interested!) for you guys!

Some items in Malaysia are generally cheaper than in Australia, and some brands aren't available at all. What I aim to do with this website is to make these brands more readily available (and a little bit more affordable) to everyone :)

Even brands such as Chanel, MAC, Lancome, Estee Lauder, La Mer, and such are cheaper in Malaysia compared to a lot of other countries.

If you're looking for a particular product from a particular brand, feel free to email me at cellardoorshop [at] gmail [dot] com, and I will check the price and availability of the item and get back to you as soon as I can.

How-to

I accept various payment methods, including PayPal and Direct Deposit.

You can contact me any time to find out the prices and availability of the products that you're looking for.

I charge a nominal fee for purchasing the item for you and packaging and shipping the item - you decide whether the price is reasonable!

Items are usually purchased over the weekend. I will also only be able to collect information about the products' availability and price over the weekend, so please bear with me :)

Once you have paid, just send me a quick email with your name and address, and I will have the item sent out to you within 3 working days of payment.

All items are, of course, sent from Malaysia via registered post. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package is sent out.

I want to keep postage rates as low as possible, so I will only charge what it costs me to post to you. It generally costs between AUD 2-10 to post a package to Australia. A 1kg package sent via air mail costs about AUD 15 and takes about 10 days to arrive. I will include the postage rate in the email containing the information about pricing and availability.
